Privacy policy

What we collect

• What you give us in a request: name, phone, ZIP code, optional email, what happened and any notes.
• Phone calls: calls may be routed through call-tracking numbers and may be recorded by us or the company you're connected with, where the law allows and with notice where required.
• How you reached the site: ad click IDs and campaign parameters, the page you landed on, and device type. We store these in your browser for up to 30 days.
• A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit abuse. We don't store the address itself with your request.

How we use and share it

We share your request with up to three independent restoration companies that serve your ZIP so they can contact you about it. Those companies use your information under their own privacy policies. We also use it to measure which ads and pages lead to requests. We don't sell lists of personal information.

Calls and texts

By submitting a request with the consent box checked, you agree that the companies may call or text you about your request, including by automated means. You can reply STOP to any text or ask any company to stop contacting you.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you by calling us. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws.

Security

Requests are sent over HTTPS and delivered to our lead system over a signed connection. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
